Our client, a leader in Offshore Wind development, are looking for a Site Administrator, to join their team on a 3 months contract starting in March 2026, to support the site based team across all administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* All aspects of general administration and secretarial duties
* Support to site team based in the office including arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and events
* Contact management to include greeting guests, answering calls, and inter-department liaison
* Handling and distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Maintaining the filing system and certain document control responsibilities associated with office duties
* Raising and tracking purchase orders and team requisitioning
* Co-ordinating meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes
* Arranging team conferences, workshops and events
* Various ad-hoc duties that arise in terms of office administration
Must have
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Previous experience of providing administrative support to a large team
* Able to demonstrate team working skills and good administrative abilities.
* Self-motivated
