Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 3 Admin Support within our Adult Neurodevelopment Admin Team. Please note: Previous applicants need not apply. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to support clinicians within the team.
* Manage sensitive telephone calls and complaints with an excellent telephone manner.
* Support workload and provide guidance with sensitive patient queries.

Essential Qualifications
* Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A‑C)
* QCF Business Administration Level 2
* QCF Customer Service Level 2
Essential Experience
* Experience working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
* Experience working in a busy office / customer care environment
Essential Knowledge & Skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and use own initiative
* Excellent communication/customer‑care skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating sympathy and compassion
* Ability to deal professionally with enquiries from staff, service users and stakeholders
* Ability to problem‑solve
* Understand confidentiality and apply the principles in everyday working practice
