Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a permanent Sales Assistant to join the team based in Glasgow Kingston Bridge.
The role is a permanent, part-time position working 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday and weekends on a rota basis). We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour, plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

What you can expect from this role
As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside the store team, supporting our Store Manager in delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth for Crown Paints. A positive, motivated approach is key to contributing to the Glasgow Kingston Bridge store's targets, driving innovative yet effective sales with our range of decorative paints and sundry items.
The Glasgow Kingston Bridge Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) is a busy store, playing a pivotal role within our national network of 148 CDCs. Our customer base varies from passing retail customers to builders and tradespeople with accounts and repeat business. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships, and open customer accounts regularly.
Who we are looking for
We seek individuals with strong sales experience, ideally in retail, demonstrating excellent customer service and the ability to meet sales targets. A driving license is not required but may be advantageous.
