As our Group Director of FP&A, you'll oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a team of financial analysts, and provide critical insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis function, ensuring accurate delivery of financial reports, forecasts, and analysis. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support short and long-term goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather financial information and provide insightful analysis and recommendations. Oversee the global annual budgeting process, aligning budgetary goals with business objectives. Monitor financial performance, identify key variances and trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections to support strategic planning. Lead the 5-year strategic plan financials and support M&A activities. Present financial information to senior management and board members in a clear and concise manner. Drive further development on systems and automation, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Key Requirements: Fully qualified with membership of a professional accountancy body. 5 years' experience in a senior-level Financial Planning & Analysis role. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Advanced proficiency in financial software systems and tools.
