Experienced Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, compliance, and due diligence, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes.
* Conduct thorough due diligence checks and maintain accurate records with new starters/employees.
* Manage HR-related administration, including maintaining employee files to regulations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
* Prepare, review, and maintain documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
* Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office organisation to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative background with experience in compliance and due diligence.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of HR administration record-keeping, preferably with CQC or regulated standards experience would be an advantage.
* A naturally curious mind with the initiative to question, problem-solve, and improve processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as the office is based on a farm in Beech Hill where public transport is very limited.
