In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of company goods to and from customers and suppliers. You will play a vital role in planning and operating efficient routes while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliveries & Collections: Safely transport and collect goods, coordinating empty chemical bottle collections from route customers. Route Operations: Sort parcels into proper mode, route, and drop sequences. Assist supervisors with route planning and remain flexible to change delivery routes at short notice. Vehicle & Safety Compliance: Complete daily vehicle checks, report defects, and strictly adhere to M.O.T regulations (highway code, driving hours, and ADR). Customer Service: Maintain professional, polite, and positive working relations with all customers, contractors, and suppliers. Documentation: Complete loading/delivery run sheets and accurately report any missed deliveries or shortages.
