Overview
The Academic Director will have responsibility for the academic vision and education strategy of the institute. You will develop and oversee an education portfolio that bridges the divide between academic excellence and real-world application, equipping public policy professionals to respond to contemporary policy demands.
Responsibilities
As the Director, you will develop and manage the curriculum strategy, evaluate educational programmes, foster engagement with practitioners and translate academic concepts into practical policy solutions. You will work collaboratively with faculty, partners and the public sector to advance workforce development in the public sector.
Qualifications
You are a respected academic with deep expertise in public policy or a closely related field. You have a strong background in curriculum design, educational innovation, and academic leadership—particularly in professional or executive education. You have a proven ability to engage with practitioners and translate complex theoretical concepts into practical, real-world applications. As a collaborative and strategic leader, you are committed to lifelong learning and dedicated to advancing workforce development in the public sector.
