1. Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Architectural Designer, or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
3. Strong technical and project management skills.
4. Ideally, experience in both industrial and commercial settings.
5. Reside within a 40-minute travel distance.
