Key responsibilities of the Commercial Parts Advisor role include:
5. Taking inbound calls and managing email enquiries related to parts
6. Conducting detailed research to support sales processes

8. Maintaining accurate parts records and order processing
9. Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Commercial Parts Advisor position will have:
10. Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the hydraulic, plant, or heavy machinery sector.
11. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
12. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
13. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
14. Experience in parts research and administration is advantageous
