The Opportunity
The Head RVN will guide a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses and friendly, knowledgeable receptionists. This is a chance to make a real impact—shaping nurse clinics, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care. Ideal Candidate
* RCVS registered with a track record of exceptional patient and client care
* Confident in leading a clinical team and nurturing a progressive, supportive culture
* Skilled in coaching and influencing to bring out the best in every colleague
* Experienced in running nurse clinics and consultations
