Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to be part of a dynamic team at the heart of engineering education? We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join Multidisciplinary Engineering Education (MEE) within the Faculty of Engineering.
This varied role will put you at the centre of a busy and collaborative environment, often acting as a first point of contact for staff, students and visitors. Youll support a range of administrative functions, from coordinating processes that underpin hands-on teaching, to arranging travel, making purchases, and providing day-to-day support for colleagues.
Working closely with administrative, technical and academic staff, you\ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department and helping us deliver an excellent experience for our students. You\ll also contribute to exciting student activities beyond the curriculum, supporting opportunities that enhance their learning and development.
