Role Overview Infinitive Resources are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead the sales activity across the UK rail sector. The role is responsible for generating sustainable revenue growth, expanding key client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting bid conversion across our maintenance and engineering services portfolio. This is a commercial role, requiring a proactive, hands-on individual who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery and client needs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a structured sales strategy aligned with clients growth objectives. * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK rail market. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target clients. * Support early-stage client engagement prior to formal tender release. * Increase repeat business and framework utilisation.
