This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people function, helping to shape the learning and development experience across the business. You’ll ensure employees and apprentices have access to the right training, guidance, and support to succeed in their roles. This is a UK wide search, with the role able to be based in Birmingham, Manchester, or London.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of employee development processes.
* Personable and collaborative, able to build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the business.
* Working knowledge of apprenticeship programmes, onboarding, and training administration.
* Experience in the construction industry / multi site is desirable.
* Previous experience using LMS systems (e.g., Kallidus, Nimble, Articulate) for training delivery and monitoring.
What you’ll be doing
* Represent Dalkia at job fairs and events to attract early-career talent and promote apprenticeship opportunities.
* Deliver ad-hoc training sessions to managers in line with internal process updates.
* Travel across the business to engage with key stakeholders and apprenticeship providers nationwide.
* Maintain employee certifications, accreditations, and learning records to ensure compliance and readiness.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and eLearning according to business needs.
* Conduct regular check-ins with apprentices to monitor progress, provide guidance, and support development.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and organise targeted, project-specific training.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding of annual apprentice intakes, acting as a key point of contact for managers.
