The Role
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
1. Support pupils within the classroom on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and as part of whole-class activities
2. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
3. Help pupils remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning
4. Support the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils
5. Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
6. Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant, you will:
13. Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
14. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
16. Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
17. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
