Freelance Travel & Scheduling Consultant – Work from Home, International Impact
Are you ready for a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work at the heart of the contemporary art world?
Join L2 Projects at a pivotal moment and become our agency's go-to expert for travel logistics and international project management.
Working collaboratively with a friendly, distributed team of established freelance professionals there is ample scope to pool knowledge and carve out your own specialism.
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting one or two clients, providing dedicated assistance that enables them to deliver world-class exhibitions and events.
Enjoy the freedom of a freelance role with the ability to set your own working hours.
Successful delivery of the role is expected to require between 25-40 hours per week and can be primarily remote working. One day you might be liaising with global arts institutions to coordinate complex international travel arrangements, managing invitations and requests, and ensuring every detail is accurately recorded and aligned with a range of stakeholders.
The next, you'll be collating information, conducting independent research and preparing to brief clients on your recommendations for maximising opportunities and resources in accordance with their long-term goals.
You'll be curious, self-motivated, and a creative problem-solver, resilient and adaptable to last-minute changes, with both a granular eye for detail and an appreciation of the bigger picture.
In-depth experience of international travel arrangements will set you up for success in this role. We are happy to consider applicants from non-traditional backgrounds with transferable skills and enthusiasm for providing high-quality services.
Or maybe you're a project manager or travel coordinator from an adjacent industry looking to leverage your skills for clients who highly value your initiative and expertise.
