SEND Teaching Assistant Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work full-time on a long-term basis, supporting students of all ages with a wide range of needs, from ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) to PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
The Role
* Working closely with teachers to support students in class
* Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
* Helping students with their social, emotional, and learning development
* Assisting with personal care and daily routines where needed
* Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in SEND or a background in health and social care is highly valued
* Compassion, patience, and resilience
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students with diverse needs
* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
