As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, supporting students’ learning and maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment. Key Duties: Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences. Ensure students remain on task and engaged in learning activities. Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher. Support positive behaviour and classroom expectations. Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff. Essential Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Organised, reliable, and proactive approach.
