Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex change initiatives that drive real business impact? A leading not-for-profit organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking 2 strategic and influential Project Managers to join its Transformation Management Office and report to the Portfolio Manager. THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from inception to completion – ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and delivered in line with best practices. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, champion change delivery tools and methods, and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the successful delivery of a portfolio of business projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborating with project sponsors to define and track benefits, ensuring business adoption of deliverables.
Managing financial performance across projects, including variance reporting and ROI tracking.
Providing robust risk and issue management and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clarity, transparency, and buy-in.
Supporting and developing team members, fostering a strong compliance culture and encouraging continuous improvement.
Ensuring robust governance across stakeholder engagement and project oversight processes.
YOU
Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications.
Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.
Proven experience delivering full project lifecycles in complex business environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and traditional project management approaches (e.g., PRINCE2).
Skilled in stakeholder management with a track record of successful relationship-building across various levels.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrixed environments and adapt to changing business needs.
Agile qualifications and/or experience with methodologies such as Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Willingness and ability to travel when required for project delivery.
