We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Sales Coordinator to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. This is a varied role supporting both internal sales and customer service – perfect if you enjoy being at the heart of the action, keeping everything running smoothly.
Starting salary will be between £30-35,000 depending on experience. Working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday.

The Role
Coordinating between sales team members
Manage incoming enquiries by phone and email
Researching leads and enquiries
Help implement a new ERP system and manage related data
Process new customer accounts and pricing updates
Liaise with customers, planning, logistics, and technical support
Assist with forecasting and sales adminWhat You’ll Need
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong communication skills across all channels
Good IT skills – particularly MS Office & Excel
High attention to detail and strong time management
