We are seeking dedicated and skilled Psychosexual Therapists to join our dynamic team. We currently have more than 2 vacancies available and welcome applications from candidates who can offer a minimum of 2 days per week, ideally 2.5 days. Tuesday mornings are mandatory working hours, to align with essential team activities. The remaining working days offer some flexibility and can be discussed at interview.
This is a hybrid role, primarily delivered remotely. However, you are expected to be able to provide face-to-face sessions (subject to clinic room availability) in Kent. The service operates across multiple locations, including Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, and Margate.
About The Service
Our Psychosexual Therapy Service offers time-limited, structured therapy to individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties, as well as those with concerns around sexuality or gender. We work across various delivery modes, with an emphasis on solution-focused therapy.

Responsibilities of a Psychosexual Therapist
* Managing a complex caseload independently, including assessing and delivering brief therapy
* Working with interpreters or advocates where necessary
* Safeguarding adults and children through appropriate risk management
* Contributing to service development and evaluation
* Maintaining accurate records in line with governance standards
About You
To apply, you should have:
* A postgraduate diploma in Psychosexual Therapy (validated by COSRT or IPM)
* COSRT accreditation or actively working towards it
* A minimum of 200 hours of supervised clinical practice
* Experience in delivering brief, time-limited psychotherapy
* Knowledge of psychosexual therapeutic approaches, sexual health, gender, and sexuality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You must be registered with a professional body and adhere to its code of conduct. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel (if face-to-face work is agreed) are required.
