We are looking for a team member to work alongside our E-commerce Mail Order Manager to help with all aspects of our ever-growing e-commerce mail order department. It’s fast-paced and at peak times it gets very busy, but if you are good at following systems and keep calm under pressure you will relish in this role.
Key Daily Responsibilities
* Printing, picking and packing customer orders.
* Undertake fraud checks on all order transaction.
* Responding to customer enquiries through multiple channels.
* Helping with sales on the shop floor.

* Be really concerned with attention to detail.
* Champion at meeting deadlines.
