Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant in Exeter
Axcis Education is recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a school in Exeter. This full-time position starts in September 2024, offering a competitive salary of £80-£90 per day.
Responsibilities
1. Behavioural Support: Implement behaviour support plans to promote positive outcomes and reduce challenging behaviours.
2. Personalised Care: Provide one-on-one support tailored to individual needs and goals.
3. Skill Development: Assist individuals in acquiring new skills and achieving milestones.
4. Emotional Support: Offer empathy, encouragement, and active listening to support emotional well-being.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and progress reports for ongoing care planning.
