Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school to ensure continuity in learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Assess and provide feedback on student work Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience working as a teacher or supply teacher Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Excellent classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in specific subject areas Experience working with special educational needs students Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the Altrincham area Full-time hours, typically following the school day schedule Opportunity to work in different educational settings and gain valuable experience All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
