About the Role: Based at County Hall, Mardle Restaurant Norwich, NR1 2DH you will be working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 15:30pm 37.5 hours a week. You'll play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our standards and delights our customers. Free Parking Onsite Your responsibilities will include: Food preparation: handling day-to-day duties and ensuring dishes meet site standards. Cooking and service: managing your station and delivering food on time. Safety and hygiene: following best practices with equipment, utensils, and food storage. Stock management: keeping ingredients fresh and reordering stock, when supplies run low. Teamwork: collaborating with the culinary team to maintain quality and service throughout the shift. Who are we looking for? Proven 3 years of chef experience. Knowledge of cooking methods and processes, with the ability to multitask under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
