We are seeking an experienced and passionate Second Chef to join our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a deep understanding of food preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. As Second Chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained.
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within a care setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen management practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for residents.
