Our client, a successful and growing organisation in Meadowfield, is seeking a Business Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team! 1. Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
2. Working pattern: Flexible working arrangements (working from home days available post-probation, subject to approval)
3. Salary: £26,.50
4. Start date: ASAP, subject to notice period
5. Location: Meadowfield, with free on-site parking
6. Annual leave: 24 days, increasing by 1 day per full year of service (up to 29 days) plus 8 days bank holiday
7. Pension: 6% contributory pension (after successful completion of 3-month probation)

About the Role:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that systems, records, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will support Health and Safety and HR functions, with the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
13. Provide general business and administrative support to senior stakeholders
14. Maintain and update HSE, HR, and quality documentation
15. Manage records and data via SharePoint and internal systems
16. Update supplier lists, H&S documentation, and HR contracts
17. Format documents, run reports, and complete accurate data input
18. Support H&S audits and compliance activities
19. Ensure records are well organised, accurate, and compliant
20. Answer telephone calls, manage email inboxes, and support the wider office team
