Job Description
We are excited to be looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do!
Responsibilities include:
* Will be the ‘face of Novotel London West’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
* Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
* Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
* Be the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
* Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as Receptionist in a 4-5 star Hotel.
* Experience working with Opera PMS desirable.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken (a 2nd language would be a plus).
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong team player.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
* Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
* Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
