The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders across manufacturing sites. You’ll combine sharp financial insight with commercial acumen to influence decision-making, support growth, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis, insight, and guidance.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
* Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and margin improvement.
* Support strategic projects focussed on cost saving and business cases.
* Build strong relationships across departments, becoming the go-to finance contact for manufacturing leaders.

* Comfortable working in hybrid environments, balancing site visits with remote collaboration.
