They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Rearsby, Leicestershire.

Duties For The Role Of Architect
Develop concept designs and technical drawings
Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Requirements For The Role Of Architect
ARB registered
Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK drivers license
