As Chef De Partie you will be producing dishes for the hotels main restaurant, lounge bar and banqueting departments.

The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in 4/5 hotels or fine dining.
Fresh food background essential
local to Windsor or with own transport
A desire to learn and progress.
Happy working shifts as required- straights shifts.
