What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting daily operations with general admin duties (calls, mail, emails)
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Receiving and logging stock, identifying any discrepancies
* Processing and reporting on returned stock
* Preparing and editing reports for clients and internal teams
* Tracking and recording additional charges
* Building strong working relationships with clients and suppliers
* Supporting special projects and tasks as needed
1. What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of administrative experience
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); WMS familiarity a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Team-oriented and trustworthy with a self-starter mindset
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Bonus: familiarity with basic accounting processes

Schedule: Full-time (onsite)
