Our client, a successful estate agency, is looking for a Branch Manager in their profitable and busy office based in Colchester. Our clients are seeking a driven and accomplished property professional with strong industry knowledge and leadership skills. Experience in the role is essential.
As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
1. Basic salary of up to £32,500
2. Realistic OTE first year £50,000 - £60,000
3. 2nd year OTE £60,000+

Requirements for the role of a Branch Manager:
8. Previous experience managing a team and a busy office
9. At least 2 years of experience as a Valuer or higher
10. Hard-working and results-driven individual
11. Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate a team
12. Motivated to exceed targets
13. Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities included in the role of a Branch Manager:
14. Manage the day-to-day running of our office
