Our client, a leading business communications company, is currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.
As the Junior Account Manager, you will work on a hybrid model, required to work in the Bristol office 2 days per week.
Main Duties:
* Assist in the BAU management of the allocated client base.
* Own complex issues and serve as the main point of escalation, providing detailed resolutions and updating key stakeholders.
* Attend daily production meetings.
* Host and participate in monthly third-party review meetings.
* Manage relationships with client BAU contacts.
* Ensure all BAU activities are charged according to the client contract.
* Monitor and help manage the client-specific change management process, working closely with design, development, production, and warehouse teams to meet client change requests.
* Attend and contribute to monthly reviews hosted by the Client Relationship Management team.
* Understand contractual SLA commitments and ensure all SLAs are met across all output channels.
* Keep client operations and specific documentation up to date.
Skills required:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Good communication skills.
