Our client, a prestigious private members club near Woking, is seeking a professional and hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team, supporting the smooth running of all front-of-house food and beverage operations.
You'll work closely with the Manager to deliver a high standard of service to members and guests, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and the team is motivated, well-trained, and service-focused.

Hours:

Key Responsibilities Include:
*Overseeing food, beverage and event service across the clubhouse
*Maintaining excellent standards of customer service and presentation
*Welcoming members and guests, managing bookings and ensuring club etiquette is followed
*Supporting staff training, supervision, and performance management
*Assisting with rota management and covering absences when needed
*Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
*Monitoring cleanliness, stock levels, and general upkeep of all clubhouse areas
*Supporting with opening, closing and clubhouse security procedures
What We're Looking For:
*Hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role
*A confident, service-driven approach with excellent communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
*A flexible and proactive attitude, comfortable leading from the front
*Knowledge of relevant health & safety and licensing requirements
This role would suit a well-organised Food & Beverage Team Leader or Food & Beverage Supervisor who takes pride in delivering excellent hospitality in a traditional, customer-focused setting.
