Duties

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
* Participate in serving during peak hours to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
