HR Resourcing & Support Executive
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £32,900 starting salary p/a, plus excellent benefits package

The role:
This varied role will support recruiting managers through every stage of the recruitment journey, from advertising and shortlisting to onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate. It also plays a key part in the wider HR function, providing administrative and first-line advisory support across the full employee life cycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving systems, and making a real difference in how people experience work.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence using digital HR tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Working conditions:
Our client is based on the edge of the city, their office is bright, modern and open plan. They are an inclusive and friendly workforce. They operate a hybrid working model, and this role will require you to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
