LCV Diagnostic Technician - Light Commercial Vehicles Location: Heathrow Job Type: Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid at 1.5x) Salary: £40,000 basic overtime (paid at 1.5x) OTE: Up to £53,962 per annum (uncapped) Additional Earnings: £2,000 per year for EV-qualified Technicians (with proof) Are you an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Diagnostic Technician looking for a new challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle workshop in the Heathrow area seeking a skilled professional to join their diagnostic team. About the Role As an LCV Diagnostic Technician, you'll take on advanced vehicle diagnostics as well as maintenance and repair tasks. Daily responsibilities include: Completing technical diagnostic appointments Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs Advising on repair requirements and solution paths Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and compliance standards Keeping job cards, service paperwork, and digital records updated Supporting workshop efficiency and delivering high‑quality workmanship Following structured diagnostic and repair processes Technicians from any manufacturer background are encouraged to apply — crossover training to commercial vehicle standards will be provided.
