The Ebb & Flow is a one room operation with a long bar, designed to make cocktails in style! The site boasts modern décor which includes champagne tables, booths and bookable spaces. The site has a prominent, front external seating area direct on the high street. It turns over circa £7,000k per week with an 90/10 split in favour of wet sales.

We are looking for a licensee/s who can build strong links within the local community and has the drive to boost sales and drive the Ebb & Flow to reach its' full potential.

* 22% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25K (released weekly)
