As a Principal Building Control Surveyor, you will direct a small team of surveyors and will lead on some of the more complex projects within the borough, offer expert advice, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. Your skills will be key in promoting safety and excellence in our built environment. As an experienced Building Control professional, you will have a registration rating of at least 2F with the Building Safety Regulator and a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within a Building Control service dealing with a broad range of projects within the 2F category. Minimum 4 years’ experience - In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and allied legislation -Must have access to a vehicle for work purposes and be able to work from home - Good communication skills.
