Head of Department for Business Required for School in Enfield
At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious Head of Department for Business Studies for a Secondary School in Enfield. This is a permanent role to start from September 2026.
The school has curated an enthusiastic team and focuses on the development of both teachers and pupils. If you have a proven track record of raising attainment within schools and have a passion for Business Studies, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has:
* Full QTS
* Experience in planning and delivering lessons to a high standard
* Confidence in teaching all abilities
* Great behaviour management skills
* The ability to think fast and adapt lessons accordingly
* Previous HOD or Curriculum Lead experience
