Job Description
What will you be doing:
* Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant
* Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff to maintain high service standards
* Develop and implement menus, promotions, and service strategies
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs
* Maintain excellent guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution
* Collaborate with kitchen and hotel management to optimize service and experience
* Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations
Qualifications
- proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or similar role
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of hospitality management and F&B operations
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- right to work in UK
