Were currently recruiting two experienced Business Analysts to join a fast-paced, Agile product environment, working alongside Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, and cross-functional delivery teams. These roles are suited to BAs who are confident operating in product-led, Agile delivery, acting as a key bridge between business, technology, and delivery squads. Location Bury 3 days per week on-site Rates (Inside IR35) £600 per day Key Responsibilities Elicit & Analyse Business Requirements Partner with Product Managers, TPOs, and business stakeholders to understand commercial goals, vision, and objectives. Analyse business needs, customer journeys, and pain points, ensuring requirements stay aligned to outcomes across the product lifecycle. Backlog Refinement & Management Collaborate closely with Product and Technical leadership to break down complex features into prioritised, deliverable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring backlog readiness for development. Agile Ceremonies & Delivery Support Lead backlog refinement sessions and workshops, contributing actively to sprint ceremonies. Act as the conscience of the squad by constructively challenging assumptions and driving clarity and accountability. Documentation & Traceability Produce and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and non-functional requirements, ensuring full traceability from business requirements through to delivered features. Cross-Squad & Stakeholder Coordination Identify and manage dependencies across multiple squads, including localisation and regulatory requirements. Act as a connector between business, technical teams, and local market stakeholders, championing value-driven delivery and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skills Experience working closely with Product Managers and TPOs High-quality user story writing and backlog refinement capability Ability to manage dependencies and complex delivery landscapes Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and influence outcomes Contract Type : Inside IR35 Start Date : ASAP
