In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to identify training needs and develop effective learning materials to address them. You’ll be responsible for researching, writing, refining, and producing digital resources - including eLearning modules, interactive guides, and PDF materials - to support our retail teams in the UK and USA. As an Instructional Designer, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to capture departmental training requirements, craft clear instructional content, and transform it into engaging, high-quality eLearning experiences. Create engaging learning materials, including eLearning modules and guides. Design and maintain eLearning modules in Articulate Rise 360 that are interactive and visually appealing. Collaborate with creatives to develop and refine content. Review and edit materials for clarity, quality, and brand alignment. Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently or in a team. Skills and Experience 3 years’ instructional design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance). Proficient in Articulate Rise 360; skilled in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, Visual Communication, UX/UI, Instructional Design, or related field. Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.
