Responsibilities
* Be able to support and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
* Be responsible for auditing, quarterly reviews, merchandising, revenue generation
* Ensure the customer experience is enhanced by the promotion and recommendation of retail products
* Deliver training and development of colleagues to ensure product knowledge
* Evaluate till management, product sales & promote our extensive portfolio of brand partnerships
* Set up contract mobilisations to cover of a full retail offering our centres
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall retail profitability of our centres
* Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your teams and centre members
* A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role. Travelling daily will also be an essential part of the role.
