Overview
Set within a vibrant corporate campus surrounded by nature, our main restaurant is one of the busiest hospitality destinations on site serving high footfall, multiple service periods, and a steady flow of corporate guests and employees every day.
As an F&B Supervisor, youll play a key role in ensuring the restaurant operates seamlessly. Youll support daily service in the main restaurant and assist other areas when required, guide the front-of-house team, and help maintain exceptional standards during peak periods.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume corporate environment, enjoys motivating a team, and takes pride in delivering warm, professional, and efficient service. Driving is essential due to the rural location.
Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house operations across the restaurant, cafés, and lounge areas.
Support and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high levels of customer service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Assist with team briefings, rotas, training, and daily operational planning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
Respond to service demands proactively during busy periods.
Collaborate closely with the catering management team to uphold standards and consistency.
Lead by example, fostering a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
Requirements
Experience in a supervisory F&B or high-volume front-of-house role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent organisational abilities, especially in fast-paced service environments.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Confidence managing multiple tasks and outlets simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance.
Professional, positive attitude, with flexibility to support the wider team.
Must be a driver due to location and limited transport links.
