Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Night Host/ess role Assist guests during their stay, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. Create meaningful connections with guests and deliver memorable experiences. Act as a team player, supporting colleagues with a positive, can do attitude. Maximise revenue opportunities through effective upselling. You will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, on a shift rota basis. Night shifts will run from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends. Qualifications: About you: The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing the best customer service for all our Guests, ensuring that we meet all their needs. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with good knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and Reserve. You will have excellent IT and communication skills. As an organised and outgoing individual, you will not be fazed by the diverse and challenging situations you will deal with.
