Position: Collections Assistant
Location: Kilmarnock (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 + monthly bonus

- Salary: £25,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the Kilmarnock office and 2 days remote (after 3 months)
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Thursday shifts from 8am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 2pm)
- 28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
- Pension: 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions

Responsibilities
* Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries.
* Create strong and trustworthy relationships with customers.
* Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information.
* Work to achieve set KPIs, ensuring these are met weekly.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
* Driven and confident individual, willing to learn new skills.
* Strong customer service experience.
* Experience working to meet KPIs.
* Availability for Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts.
* Strong computer skills.
