We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service to staff and external clients.
The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide proactive services across all areas of the working environment, adhering to national guidelines and benchmarks to promote staff physical and psychological wellbeing.
You will need to work autonomously and collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with clients, managers, and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements include being a registered nurse with an OHN diploma or degree, with several years of post-registration experience, and confidence in handling complex cases. NHS occupational health experience is advantageous.
