Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a fast-growing distributor of cutting-edge communication technology based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in RF communications, networking, or electronics, who enjoys providing technical support, training, and working with leading brands.
Responsibilities:
- Product management Lifecycle
- Deep level troubleshooting
- Provide technical training to upskill customers
- Once a month travel to conferences/roadshows
Skills/Must have:
- A strong communicator who can simplify complex tech and deliver training in-person or online
- Experience in technical support, diagnostics, or troubleshooting
- Background in either two-way radio, PoC, IT support, RF, or similar technical fields

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
