The Role: As an SEN Teacher at Aurora Meldreth Manor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging learning, within a meaningful and individualised curriculum designed to challenge and stretch all learners in your class. Lead and manage support staff effectively. Engage in assessments and report on students' progress. Potential for involvement in physical intervention and personal care routines. What We’re Looking For: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development (essential). A solid understanding of the Teacher Standards and expectations. Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory-led curriculums. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
